Yesterday Theresa May had a busy day! First she accomplished her first Prime Minister's Question Time admirably and then she travelled to Germany to meet Angela Merkel for the first time since she became Prime Minister. From the body language and accounts, they got on well together. It is early days, but it is important if they are able to communicate well together and I don't just mean the language. Both sides have much to gain by coming eventually to a good agreement over the terms of the U.K.'s exit from the European Union. Mrs. May has said though, that the U.K. will not be rushed into invoking Article 50. It will not be invoked this year.
